Welcome to Blazegun. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blazegun mobile application and related services (the "Game"), jointly operated by WILD ENTERTAINMENT INC, a United States company, and WORLD WIDE WILD TECH ADS LIMITED, a Hong Kong company (together, the "Operators," "we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the Game.
By accessing or using Blazegun, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and both Operators for your use of the Game. Purchases are also subject to Section 5 of these Terms.
You must meet the following requirements to use the Game:
If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Game. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
The Game offers virtual currency ("Coins") that can be purchased with real money at the following rate: $1 USD = 100 Coins. Coins can be used to purchase power-ups and other in-game items.
Purchases may be completed using the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other available methods. Both Operators jointly support purchase administration, customer service, and approved refunds under the same service standards.
Payment credentials are handled by the selected wallet, payment gateway, processor, and financial institutions involved in the transaction. The Operators do not store complete payment card numbers. Your use of a payment service may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy notice.
Completed purchases are generally final, except where a refund is approved under our Refund Policy or required by applicable law. Coins have no real-world cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
We reserve the right to modify pricing for virtual currency and in-game items at any time without prior notice.
The Game, including its content, features, functionality, graphics, designs, code, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to the Operators, as applicable, and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
"Blazegun" and related logos are owned by or licensed to one or both Operators. You may not use these trademarks without the Operators' prior written permission.
When using the Game, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree NOT to:
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Game or any features thereof at any time without notice. We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Game, which you may be required to install to continue using the Game.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Game is at your sole risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER OPERATOR OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless both Operators and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at worldwidewildtech@outlook.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may bring a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction as described in Section 13. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court where eligible or from contacting an appropriate consumer protection authority.
These dispute provisions do not limit any non-waivable rights or remedies available to you under the laws of your place of residence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live, disputes arising from these Terms or the Game will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operators regarding the Game and supersede prior agreements and understandings on the same subject.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms at any time without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, or government actions.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.
